Grand Wedding

Greetings, Maharanis! The beautiful and renowned Hanover Marriott hosted this amazing South Asian wedding event gorgeously photographed by Events Capture, and you’re about to take in some of the most charming first look portraits from this fantastic affair. Our bride, Maharani Anisa, is dressed in the most magnificent red, green and champagne wedding lengha, and we can only imagine the look of delight on her Raja, Ali’s, face as he got in his initial glimpse. Her delicate and lovely bridal mehndi was expertly designed and created by Arva Henna Artist, and completes her elegant bridal look just flawlessly. Prince Ali is decked out in a dashing cream-colored ensemble and looks as handsome as can be — because every Raja needs to be on point for his Maharani! In just a bit, these two adorable lovebirds will share some of the most unforgettable moments from their reception with us, and you definitely won’t want to miss any of it. As typical with most Indian weddings, the last three days are the most emotional. With family coming in from out of town, seeing members that you had not seen in years, right down to the all the fun that has been had, it is sorrowful to think that the Walima (Marriage Banquet) is the very last celebration. However, there were no sad tears as Maharani Khansa sashayed into Royal Albert’s Palace in a regal, nude and black, fully embellished modern dress that was handcrafted all the way from the royal world of Pakistan. Khansa’s inspiration for all her wedding attire was Sabyasachi Mukherjee, a famous designer that specializes in top notch Indian Bridal fashion and she certainly channeled her inner Sabyasachi with her bridal selections. Beauty by Tammana exchanged Khansa’s brazen bridal appearance to a more modern impression; rosy pink lips with bold eyeshadow and winged liner. Royal Albert’s Palace was transformed into a Middle Eastern oasis by Ruban Events. The whole venue was serenaded in a sultry gaze of fog accompanied by music and entertainment from DJ Azad of Essence Entertainment. The camera genius captured the newlyweds in an intimate moment where they closed their own love padlock as a symbol of love and as a memory to treasure for a lifetime! They celebrated in style! From our bride’s intricate mehndi by Mehndikalogie to her gleaming outfit and the groom’s sharp look, they both look incredibly good! The celebration took place at the elegant Renaissance Event Hall where the bold and colorful hues reigned to make the environment even more festive, can you believe our Maharani Amanda did it all herself? Baked NYC created a mouth-watering cake bar that indulged everyone present with different cake flavors, in the bride’s own words: “I wanted to do the cake bar idea so that we could have a bunch of different flavors and people could have something to choose from.” The upbeat soundtrack from DJ Azad was also a party-goer pleaser and Jackson Diner gave the final traditional touch to the wedding menu!
